Criteria for Return Evaluation
- Original Packaging: The equipment must be in its original, unopened packaging. If the packaging has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% of the pre-tax purchase price will be charged.
- Condition of Equipment: The equipment must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use or scratches. The unit must include all accessories in their original packaging.
- Gasoline Equipment: Gasoline equipment must not contain any fuel. If there is fuel inside, the return will be automatically voided.
- Product Exchange: The company may agree to exchange unused products in their original packaging for another model preferred by the customer. This decision is at the sole discretion of the seller.
- Refund Processing: If the return is accepted, the company will process the refund within 15 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
