Criteria for Return Evaluation
- Original Packaging: The equipment must be in its original, unopened packaging. If the packaging has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% of the pre-tax purchase price will be charged.
- Condition of Equipment: The equipment must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use or scratches. The unit must include all accessories in their original packaging.
- Gasoline Equipment: Gasoline equipment must not contain any fuel. If there is fuel inside, the return will be automatically voided.
- Product Exchange: The company may agree to exchange unused products in their original packaging for another model preferred by the customer. This decision is at the sole discretion of the seller.
- Refund Processing: If the return is accepted, the company will process the refund within 15 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Automower Installation Services Refund Policy
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies exclusively to Automower installation services provided by Canadian Garden Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”).
It governs refunds, cancellations, and related charges associated with such services.
2. Non-Refundable After Installation
Once the installation service has commenced, the full installation fee is non-refundable, regardless of customer dissatisfaction, operational issues, or product limitations.
3. Cancellations After On-Site Assessment
If a cancellation request is submitted after the on-site assessment but before installation begins, the installation fee will be refunded minus an on-site assessment fee (up to $500, depending on location and scope of work).
If no formal assessment fee is quoted in advance, a standard assessment charge will apply.
4. Additional Materials, Labor & Removal Costs
If clients request removal of an installed Automower after installation, they are responsible for:
The non-refundable installation fee, andThe full costs of removal services.
These costs are not covered or refunded under any circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information (location, electrical/infrastructure details, and access restrictions).
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule; otherwise, a rescheduling fee (up to $500) may apply.
Clients are also fully responsible for conducting their own research into Automowers and their limitations as a product prior to booking installation. Canadian Garden Solutions does not provide refunds for dissatisfaction or incompatibility related to the Automower product itself.
6. Limitations & Liability
We reserve the right to decline installation if site conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or otherwise do not meet our requirements.
Assessment fees remain payable, regardless of whether the installation proceeds.
Canadian Garden Solutions is not liable for third-party product limitations or manufacturing issues.
Normal wear or adjustments caused by installation (e.g., minor wall or surface marks from mounting) are considered part of the service and are not subject to repairs or compensation.
7. Policy Updates
Canadian Garden Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates are effective once posted on our website or service documentation. Clients are encouraged to review this policy prior to scheduling services.
