Criteria for Return Evaluation

  1. Original Packaging: The equipment must be in its original, unopened packaging. If the packaging has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% of the pre-tax purchase price will be charged.

 

  1. Condition of Equipment: The equipment must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use or scratches. The unit must include all accessories in their original packaging.

 

  1. Gasoline Equipment: Gasoline equipment must not contain any fuel. If there is fuel inside, the return will be automatically voided.

 

  1. Product Exchange: The company may agree to exchange unused products in their original packaging for another model preferred by the customer. This decision is at the sole discretion of the seller.

 

  1. Refund Processing: If the return is accepted, the company will process the refund within 15 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
